PVA Free Training — Social Media Management VA

What this training is for

This training is for aspiring VAs who are new to Social Media Management or want a structured beginner foundation. Prior marketing, customer-facing, Canva, or social media experience can help, but is not required.

The goal is not to become a graphic designer or influencer. The goal is to understand and practice the operational work that helps a client's social media stay useful, organized, consistent, responsive, and measurable.

The core SMM workflow, used throughout this training:
Understand → Research → Plan → Create/Coordinate → Review → Approve → Schedule → Publish → Monitor → Engage → Report → Improve

What this training prepares you to understand

What this course is not

Each lesson follows the same sequence — Learn → Observe → Practice → Check → Apply. Take your time with the exercises. A correct answer matters less than being able to explain why an action is appropriate, what evidence supports it, and when a client decision is required.

Lessons

Your beginner SMM portfolio

Each lesson's Apply step produces a work sample. Together they build toward a 14-piece beginner portfolio, finishing with the Final Project at Amihan Kitchen.

Portfolio note: these are fictional training work samples created through Probinsiyanong VA Free Training. They demonstrate practiced skills — they should not be presented as paid client work, client results, or professional experience that did not occur. Save your finished work samples yourself as you go; this site does not store your written answers.
